BodyParts3D 4.3 skull mesh adaptation Original anatomical data: © Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS). Downloaded distribution: https://github.com/olivercase/body_parts_3d_api License declared by this distribution: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.1 Japan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.1/jp/ Legal code: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.1/jp/legalcode Adaptations in this project: selected 22 skull bone OBJ meshes; transformed coordinates uniformly; converted positions/indices into skull.bin; assigned teaching colors at runtime. The adapted mesh data is distributed under the same CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan terms. No endorsement by DBCLS is implied. Individual source URLs, file names and SHA-256 hashes appear in manifest.json. Suture teaching guides in suture-guides.js are derived from the outer interfaces of these same meshes by scripts/build-sutures.mjs and shared under the same CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan terms. Their displayed width is exaggerated for learning; they are not additional bone or tissue meshes. Provenance qualification: the official archive license page, updated February 27, 2025, states CC BY 4.0 (https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/en/bodyparts3d/lic.html), while the downloaded 4.3 mirror declares CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan. We retain the mirror's more restrictive attribution/share-alike terms for this adaptation instead of silently relicensing it. Three.js is separate MIT-licensed software: ../shared/vendor/THREE-LICENSE.txt.
